Campaign Terms

Acceptance of Terms 

Any promotional offer, Special Promotions, is offered by Virtual Tribe Online Marketing (“We”, “Us” or “Virtual Tribe”). By participating or subscribing to our Special Promotion (“Promo”), You (or the “Client”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. You acknowledge and agree that:  

The Special Promotion is only available to Clients who are eligible users (collectively, “Eligible Clients” and each, an “Eligible Client”) during the promotional period as advertised on the promotion offered (“Campaign Period”). 

  • An Eligible Client is based on the eligibility criteria of the specific promotion being run.
  • You must use the Promotion Code upon check out to be eligible for the discounted promo price
  • Discount only applies to subscribers of our services only for the promotional period, then a base-rate of $8.95 applies unless you renew your subscription to any of our service package.
  • The discount applies to the base rate of our 40 hours a week virtual assistant services only. Offer excludes any project-based services (which is equal to or below 20 hours week subscription), skip tracing services, one-time setup fee and charges. 
  • Prices exclude a one time fee, setup fee, and other applicable charges.
  • The minimum subscription will be based on the campaign being run.
  • Any offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or existing discounts. 
  • Offer validity is only applicable from the time that the Campaign was run until 11:59 PM EST of the Campaign end date. 
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and can only be used once during the promotional period. 
  • Special Promotion may not be combined with other codes or promotions.
  • You shall not participate in a Special Promotion or permit the participation in Special Promotion in any manner which may adversely affect any other clients’ participation in Special Promotion or the goodwill or reputation of Virtual Tribe.
  • You shall be responsible for complying with these Special Promotion Terms.
  • Participation in Special Promotion shall be deemed to constitute Your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
  • You shall be responsible for all information that You communicate, submit, transmit or otherwise make available during Your use of, or participation in Special Promotion, 
  • You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations to the fullest extent when participating in Special Promotion.
  • You shall be responsible for canceling your subscription before the promotional period ends, otherwise, the standard rate applies to the following months.
  • Any Client subscribing to this promo shall not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. 
  • Virtual Tribe, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all warranties, rights, and remedies (including warranties implied by statute or otherwise) that You would otherwise be entitled to by law.

Where Virtual Tribe deems that You have breached any of these Special Promotion terms, including fraudulently participating in Special Promotion, it reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or restrict access of any Clients to Special Promotion, Virtual Tribe’s Services, the Virtual Tribe Website, or any of the Virtual Tribe Platforms;
  • Report any activity it suspects to be in violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation to the appropriate authorities and to cooperate with such authorities; and/or
  • Withdraw or cancel any deal during Your participation in our services without any entitlement for any refund in any circumstance.

You acknowledge that Special Promotions’ availability is subject to:

  • The availability of resources including, without limitation, the availability of the available Virtual Assistants; and
  • The capability of Virtual Tribe’s systems at the support.
  • You accept that Virtual Tribe shall not be responsible to You for any loss, damage, fine, regulatory action, claim or compensation of whatever nature arising from or related to Special Promotion’s (“Liabilities”) including but not limited to (i) Your breach of these Special Promotion terms, (ii) any alleged unauthorized transactions, disruptions, errors, delays or unavailability of Special Promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event that any Liabilities are not excluded by the foregoing in this Clause Virtual Tribe’s maximum aggregate liability to You in respect of such Liabilities, whether under all applicable laws of contract, tort or otherwise, shall be USD 100 (or the equivalent value of such amount in the currency of Your jurisdiction), to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Virtual Tribe tries very hard to provide a reliable and quality service to our clients but it does not make any warranty on the performance and capability of the virtual services and/or the virtual assistants, Special Promotion and/or any software or hardware used with Special Promotion, any application accessed by You using the Website and/or Special Promotion, or the reliability or quality of the underlying internet services accessed by the virtual assistants.

Miscellaneous

Any Clause in these Special Promotion Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy as well as such other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by You, that are invalid, unenforceable or illegal shall be enforced as far as possible in accordance with its terms, but shall otherwise be deemed severed and shall not affect the enforceability of any other Clauses, terms and/or conditions which Clauses, terms and/or conditions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Virtual Tribe reserves the sole right to alter, modify, add to or otherwise vary these Special Promotion Terms from time to time, and in such manner as Virtual Tribe deems appropriate at its absolute discretion. You shall be responsible to check this Campaign Terms and our Service Terms. In the event of a variation of these Special Promotion Terms, if you continue to use our services thereafter, you shall be bound by the Special Promotion Terms as so amended and shall be deemed to have accepted the Special Promotion Terms as so amended.

Virtual Tribe shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Special Promotion (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of Special Promotion if this is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event or failure which is beyond Virtual Tribe’s reasonable control.
